Jean Paduano-Teal, C.P.A.  

Jean Paduano-Teal is the founder and principal of Jean Paduano-Teal, CPA, PLLC d/b/a Accounting For All. Jean graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1984 and passed the Certified Public Accounting exam in 1987.

Jean obtained her CPA license during her three years working for a local public accounting firm in Albany, N.Y. She then went on to work for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as part of their Internal Audit team. The local CSC office is the fiscal agent for the New York State Medicaid program.

In addition to her work on the Medicaid contract, Jean assisted the CSC Corporate Internal Audit staff on numerous national and international assignments.

During her time at CSC, Jean began to build her private accounting practice on a part-time basis. Before too long it became apparent her practice was rapidly developing into a full-time commitment, leading Jean to leave CSC in January 1996 in order to fully dedicate herself to her expanding list of clients.

Jean’s practice has grown over the years primarily through client referrals. She now has a client base of approximately 500 individual and small business accounts. As a growing business in New York’s Capital Region today, Jean and the Accounting For All staff thoroughly understand the needs of their clients and enjoy helping fellow entrepreneurs with their various accounting needs.

Jean is a member in good standing of the AICPA and its Peer Review Program and the New York State Society of CPAs. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

A resident of the Capital Region since grammar school, Jean is an avid skier and golfer. She is also an active supporter of the Capital District Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America and the Albany Center Gallery.

Larry Teal, C.P.A.

Larry Teal graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1983 (Accounting Major) and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 1986.

Larry spent the first nine years of his career refining his accounting and business management skills in private industry, mainly with manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies. During this period he honed his skills in cost accounting, inventory control and management accounting across various manufacturing platforms. In the position of Controller at several companies, Larry’s main focus was on restoring the businesses to good credit standing by managing assets and inventory to improve cash flow.

One of Larry’s most stimulating positions was as Special Project Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions for Sofco, Inc. In that role he was instrumental in the acquisition and operational restructuring of a $50 million paper distribution company. Larry also had the unique experience of leading a wholesale food distributor through Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.

Larry spent the next nine years of his career in the software development and telecom industry. In 1992, he joined Commsoft, a telecom customer care and billing software developer, as a software engineer focused on the accounting and inventory modules. At the same time he was expanding his software engineering skills, Larry contributed his business knowledge and experience in helping to develop Commsoft’s first Business Plan and Budget. As the company grew from five employees to over 150 employees just six years later, Larry’s role continued to expand as he took on various management positions, culminating in his being named Commsoft’s Chief Operating Officer. Larry is proud to have been part of a management team which successfully led the company from annual sales of $2 million in 1995 to over $20 million in 1999. Larry later joined a national IT consulting firm before returning to his accounting roots full-time in 2002.

With his wealth of diverse experience, Larry now enjoys assisting small- and medium-sized businesses through his public accounting practice at Accounting For All. A certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 1999, Larry’s main focus is on supporting Tech Valley companies in their accounting, tax and QuickBooks consulting needs.

Larry is a life-long resident of the Capital Region, an avid skier and golfer and an active supporter of the Capital District Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.

Darla HeadshotDarla J. Nowak CPA, Accounting Manager

Darla joined us as our Accounting Manager in August 2021. She brings over 20 years of experience in public accounting and industry, where she honed her accounting and financial service skills.

A trusted advisor, Darla enjoys getting to know her clients and providing guidance to assist them in meeting their goals, all while maximizing growth and profitability. She strives to understand and anticipate her clients’ needs in order to provide practical business advice.

Darla received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and was granted a Master of Science in Accountancy from The University of Toledo. She is a certified public account licensed in the State of Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

In her spare time, Darla enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling, visiting the Sunshine State as often as possible.

Diana Reichel, Staff Accountant

Diana Reichel graduated in 2009 from Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration.

During an internship in United States, she met her husband and then lived in Vail, Colorado for 12 years. Over her professional career she has developed extensive experience in financial statement preparation, payroll processing and taxes, and sales tax reporting.

Diana moved to New York in 2022 to be closer to her family. She enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Toni 1Toni Kopplin, Senior Accountant

Toni Kopplin joined the army right out of high school and was stationed in Mannheim, Germany for three years. She has two children, a boy and a girl.

Toni received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2010 from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wis. She moved from Wisconsin to New York early in  2016 for a friend and more opportunity.

In her free time Toni likes spending time outdoors with her children and giving back to the community by volunteering her time.

Lynda Turiel, Junior Accountant

Lynda is an alumni of Hudson Valley Community College where she first studied Early Childhood Education, then Accounting. In 2011 Lynda earned the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation from the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Her professional experience includes more than 20 years of income tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. She also has a strong background in payroll services, non-profit management and small business administration.

Lynda enjoys music, photography, sewing, and spending time with family and friends at their property in the Adirondacks.

Becky 8Becky Goron, Office Administrator 

Becky Goron is an alumnus of SUNY Cobleskill with an extensive background in office management and marketing. With experience in retail tax offices and collection law, she excels in problem resolution and building strong client relationships.

Becky is an amateur photographer, a seasoned camper and a self-proclaimed book worm.

Carol Stock, Bookkeeper

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Design Science from Arizona State University’s College of Architecture, Carol Stock went to work in the banking industry in Arizona, primarily with Bank of America, until returning to the Capital District in 2004. Highly experienced, with an extensive background in customer service and a proven track record of reliability, Carol is well-versed in payroll processing, tax filing, report creation and statement reconciliation. She has a thorough knowledge of QuickBooks.

Carol is a resident of Rexford, N.Y., and along with her husband is the proud parent of three grown children. In her off hours she is an avid skier, and loves to hike, bike and kayak in the warm weather months.
